Nope. You just fill out the Individual Submission. Doing this will automatically create an account for you on this website. You will be email instructions on how to activate the account. You will only need to use this account if you want to edit your application or were unable to complete the checkout process for some reason.

Most login problems can be solved by resetting your password. If that doesn't solve your problem, use the Contact form to report a problem with the website.

All payments are processed through PayPal. PayPal will send you (or whoever's account you are using) an email confirming that payment was made. You can also log in to this website and go to the Your Submissions page. That page will tell you if your payment has been received.
